• Tags and packaging: All original tags and packaging must be intact and included with the returned item.

• Proof of purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided for the return to be processed.

• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, undergarments, swimwear, and earrings (if applicable) are not eligible for return.
